1. Second largest port in the world, transshipment to East Malaysia (KUCHING,KOTA KINABALU.ETC), Indonesia (BELAWAN, SEMARANG), NEW DELHI, CALCUTTA.... ETC

2. The WAREHOUSE in Singapore is private cargo space;Extra charge will be charged if the transhipment weight exceeds 3000kgs

3. PSA (PORT OF SINGAPORE AUTHORITY)

Country: MALAYSIA

Main PORT: PORT KELANG/PENANG/PASIR GUDANG

Other ports: some horse port KOTA KINABALU/MUARA/MIRI/KUCHING/LABUAN/TAWAU...The ETC

Matters needing attention:

1. Malaysia Customs stipulates that the original PACKING & INVOICE should be cleared

2. There are two wharfs in PORT KELANG: NORTH PORT: such as YML/WHL...Wait at this dock, WEST PORT: such as EMC...LCL WAREHOUSE is currently in north Port

3.JOHOR is a state adjacent to SINGAPORE and currently has two ports: PASIR GUDANG & TANJUNG PELEPAS.At TANJUNG PELEPAS, only EMC/MAERSK has docked as a transhipment port to replace SINGAPORE, while only PASIR GUDANG has LCL WAREHOUSE

4.KUALA LUMPUR is the capital of Malaysia and its outer PORT is PORT KELANG

5. The amendment fee of USD30/PER SHIPMENT shall be paid after the arrival of the ship

1. The wood packaging exported to the Philippines shall be accompanied by a smoking certificate

2. A fine of USD300-USD500/PER SHIPMENT shall be paid for revising the documents after the ship arrives

3.MANLIA is divided into north and south ports, and north port is the new port

4. If the weight of a single piece exceeds 6000kGS, the warehouse cannot be disassembled

3. Since March 2006, due to import manifest declaration, THE CNEE on M/BL must be on the NOTIFY of the true importer to act as the foreign AGENT

4. Indonesia Customs has been fully computerized since 09/01, 2006.The customs stipulates that the bill of lading must show the H.S. CODE of the goods or the customs clearance cannot be done

Matters needing attention:

1. The WAREHOUSE in Thailand is a public WAREHOUSE and the FEE TIME is only 3 DAYS

2. "LAT LRABANG" for the inland point from "LAEM CHANANG" transfer train into

3. A fine of USD30-USD50/PER SHIPMENT shall be charged for revising the documents after the ship arrives

Port: HO CHI MINHY/ HAI PHONG

Matters needing attention:

1.HOCHIMINH old SAIGON has new PORT and old PORT (BEN NGHE PORT)

There are three terminals under the jurisdiction of Xingang Customs:(1).TAN CAN (2) CAT LAI (3) ICD SONG THANH WHL/EMC/YML/TS ships are on CAT LAI. TAN CAN and ICD SONG THANH goods are to be transhipped by trailer.

2. Original PACKING LIST and INVOICE are required for customs clearance

3. After the ship arrives, the CONSIGNEE needs to declare to the Customs for modification and the document needs to be modified with the shipping company. The modification fee is about USD20/per shipmnet..

4.K LINE.GEMARTRANS ship is directly on ICD PHUOC LONG

Country: INDIA

Main port :NHAVA SHEVA/MADRAS/BOMBAY

Matters needing attention:

1. The customs requires the original PACKING & INVOICE to be cleared

2. A fine of USD100-USD200/PER SHIPMENT shall be paid for later modification of documents

3. Smoke proof for wood packing of Indian export goods

4. The local customs stipulates that the weight of CY import container shall not exceed 23 tons

5 For FCL + LCL export to MADRAS need to separate two B/L

6. NHAVA SHEVA & BOMBAY are two adjacent ports. NHAVA SHEVA is the new port and the current shipping company is at this point

Country: SRI LANKA

Main port :COLOMBO

Matters needing attention:

1. Sri Lanka Customs requires original PACKING & INVOICE clearance

2. A fine of USD50-USD100/PER SHIPMENT shall be paid for the modification of documents after delivery

Import cargo at this port is usually processed locally and then transshipped for export. Please be sure to arrange direct shipping

Country PAKISTAN

Port: KARACHI

Matters needing attention:

1. Pakistan Customs stipulates that PACKING and INVOICE should be cleared

2. A fine of USD100-USD200/PER SHIPMENT shall be charged for revising the documents after the ship arrives

3. There are three docks (PICT/KICT/KEAMARI) in KARACHI, if there is a designated dock, please be sure to confirm the dock where the shipping company stops.And shipping

4. According to customs regulations, PACKING LIST & INVOCE should be affixed on the door of CY cabinet

5. According to customs regulations for CFS cargo, one of the export goods should be affixed with PACKING &INVOICE

6. NO (H.S.code) &NET WEIGHT is required for CY & CFS to the shipping company

Country: UNITED ARBA EMIRATES(UAE)

Main port: DUBAI. ABU DHABI /SHARJAHI/Secondary Port :FUJAIRAH

Matters needing attention:

1. It is required to declare 24 hours before the arrival of the ship, and any amendment will be subject to a revision fee of USD25

2. The goods will be auctioned if they are not claimed by the local customs 180 days after arrival

3. The cabinet weight should not exceed 25 TONS.

DUBAI has two wharves

A)PORT RASHI: the old dock, close to DUBAI.More are specified by textiles

B)JEBAI ALI: A new free port trade zone, about 30 km from DUBAI, focusing on AUTO PARTS OR technology products

Countries: SAUDI ARABIA

Main Port: DAMMAM/Secondary Port :JEDDAH, RIYADH (inland)

Matters needing attention:

1.DAMMAM & JEDDAH are transshipped from DUBAI

2.RIYADH for inland point via DUBAI and then DAMMAM

Import manifest should be declared 48 hours before arrival

4. The customs requires the original PACKING, INVOICE & certificate of origin for customs clearance

5. If B/L is sent to SHIPPER, the CNEE on MB/L shall be a true CNEE NOTIFY and then our AGENT, because the customs will be taxed according to THE CNEE on MB/L

Country: BANGLADESH

Main Port: CHITTAGONG/Secondary Port: ICD DHAKA (inland)

Matters needing attention:

1. The weight of a cabinet cannot exceed 24 TONS

2. Goods to ICD DHAKA for transshipment by inland train from CHITTAGONG.We only accept FCL but not LCL

3. Congestion in the port due to strikes and flooding during the rainy season
